1: Get Hosted and Buy a Domain!

First you need to get a web host and buy your selected domain name. This is very easy and not as expensive and complicated as you think. 2: Download Your Favorite CMS.

If you got your domain and web host all sorted you now need to get a CMS (Content Management System).
